This is an extract of an individual channeling session from the Source Field that was facilitated by Lucia, Antonio and myself of the Associazione di Promozione Sociale MaeStr’Ale on 18 July 2023.

The language used by the Source Field is quite profound, so the English translation may not be as accurate. However, my advice is not to get caught up in words, but tune into the vibration of the channeling. After all is all about energy.

Why do I keep gaining weight?
It is the manifestation of your current inability to let go: letting go of beliefs, convictions and habits; letting go of what you call “past“, your difficulty to live in the Here and Now. So it’s as if you were pulling around a ballast that you don’t need, that weighs you down, but that you keep with you nonetheless. This fact that you keep gaining weight shows you this (GS: these dynamics/circumstance).
Is it clear to you?
Yes. Are there any actions I can take to address this?
First, start rediscovering yourself, then the actions will come by themselves. Because even if you take actions in the world of matter (GS: going to the gym, physical exercise, etc.), your weight could first decrease and then increase again. But if you let go and detach the ballast, everything you do, including eating, will bring you back into a physical shape that will enable you to live lightly.
