Physical reality is illusory
Physical reality is illusory. In Reality You Are Oneness, The All that form the everything.
So the Soul is the individualisation that Oneness has Himself chosen to experience, by choosing a form that you know as [your name], of which you are aware in the Here and Now.
However, since You are Oneness, everything that appears to You other than You is still You in different forms.

You are a Divine being having a human experience. When you forget this, or when you know it as a mental concept, but you are not living your life in accordance with this truth, your non-incarnated aspect (You) is going to communicate with you (incarnated aspect) that you are ‘off-track’, and that you are not honouring your Divine aspect.
