How To Overcome Pain

How can I divert my focus on something else, how can I put my focus on something else while I am suffering, as it is physical pain?

Through the breath.

Breathe, and at each inhalation you set the intention to receive calming and healing energy; at each exhalation you set the intention to let go of pain, fear and frustration.

Breathe in again and acknowledge that you are a Divine Being having a human experience, and at the next exhalation let go of the resistance and fears that prevent you from recognising yourself as a Divine Being.

Use your breath to let go of all that is not useful in this part of your Journey as the suffering you are experiencing is a sign that you are ready to let go of it.

You are a Divine being having a human experience. When you forget this, or when you know it as a mental concept, but you are not living your life in accordance with this truth, your non-incarnated aspect (You) is going to communicate with you (incarnated aspect) that you are ‘off-track’, and that you are not honouring your Divine aspect.
